Hire days

The Main Hall is available to hire all day everyday between 8am-12am, except for Monday and Thursday Evenings. The venue is only available for exclusive use outside of cafe opening hours. Music & alcohol sales must be stopped by 11.30pm, guests must leave by 12am. 

Alcohol

We have a fully stocked bar which can be open until 11.30pm. Our bar area is available privately after 3:00pm each day except Sundays and Mondays, where it is exclusive. You are not permitted to bring in your own alcohol unless a corkage fee is paid. 

Food

We offer hot and cold buffets, hot fork buffets, street food, table sharers, grazing platters, afternoon tea and buffets to order and collect. Please ask for a copy of our current buffet food brochure to see options and pricing. The cafe area is also available for private dining or large bookings whilst we are open. 

What we supply

We can supply up to 100 chairs, tables, table cloths, hot drinks, bar services, background music and catering. We also have a projector and screen and PA system to hire.

Outside catering

We do allow outside catering subject to a charge. There is no use of a kitchen as our is always in use. All catering must be self-sufficient in storing, serving and clearing of the food products and waste. Your caterers must have public liability insurance.

Parking:

The venue is a 5 minute walk from Bentley (S.Yorks) railway station with services to Doncaster, Sheffield and Leeds. It's within sight of Askern Road, on a major bus route into the town centre, with Bentley Park to the rear. 

There are two car parks at either side of the venue and space along the main road at the front of the building. All available parking is free. Event organisers and suppliers have access to the rear of the venue through the park. 

Suppliers

Bouncy castles and children’s soft play are allowed, subject to the correct Public Liability Insurance from your supplier.  You are welcome and encouraged to hire suppliers such as a DJ for your event, we do not have any in-house suppliers however we do have recommended suppliers.

The Park

The park can be hired through Doncaster Council, however it is completely separate from hiring the Pavilion. 

Weddings

Unfortunately we do not have a wedding license so you cannot get legally married on site. The team at Boston & Co are on hand to help you plan the perfect day.We can coordinate your day from the moment you arrive at the venue until the moment you leave, and we will be there on the day to ensure its success. 

Booking fee

A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event. We accept cash & card payments, bank transfers and cheques. A further holding fee is required for self-catered events.
